By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION

1.1. The call is open to all artists aged 18 or older.
1.2. Applications are free of charge and can only be submitted through the official online form.
1.3. Each artist may submit one application per open call.
1.4. The editorial team will contact only those artists whose works have been selected for publication.

2.2. The editorial team may edit texts, titles, translations, and descriptions, and adjust formatting or design elements in line with the magazine’s style and standards, while preserving the integrity of the artist’s expression.
2.3. Once the editorial team prepares the text of the interview, it will be sent to the artist for review and approval. The artist has seven days to confirm or request corrections. If no response is received within that period, the content will be considered approved.
2.4. The editorial team reserves the right to decline any material that does not meet legal, ethical, or editorial standards, or that does not comply with technical requirements.

3.4. Artists who wish to appear in the print edition must provide high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
3.5. Artistic Hub Magazine is not responsible for minor technical variations in color, format, or resolution that may occur during the production or publication process.

4. COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS

4.1. The artist guarantees full ownership of the copyright to all submitted works and texts, confirming that the material does not infringe any third-party rights, trademarks, privacy, or personal rights.
4.2. If the work includes recognizable people, places, or third-party content, the artist confirms that all necessary permissions have been obtained and accepts full responsibility for their accuracy.
4.3. The artist confirms that the work was not created entirely through the use of artificial intelligence and that it contains genuine artistic contribution.
4.4. The artist grants Artistic Hub Magazine a non-exclusive, transferable, and global right to publish the submitted works and accompanying texts in both print and digital editions, to display them on the portal, and to use selected excerpts or visuals for promotional purposes such as the website, newsletter, and social media, with proper credit to the artist.
4.5. The artist’s moral rights remain fully protected.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1. Submission is free of charge.

5.5. Any additional publication options, such as print or digital features, are subject to the rates specified in the application form.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

6.1. Artists may withdraw their application during the selection process without any obligations.
6.2. Once participation is confirmed and payment is completed, it is considered that the artist agrees to publication.
6.3. If the artist withdraws after the material has entered production, the editorial team reserves the right to proceed with publication unless a valid legal reason for withdrawal exists, such as a copyright violation.
6.4. The magazine is not required to delay or cancel publication due to an individual withdrawal after confirmation.
