Thank you for supporting independent publishing. This policy explains how AH Magazine handles returns, refunds, damaged parcels and incorrect orders for purchases made through our online shop.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for individual print magazine purchases.
Magazines and periodicals are time-sensitive editorial products. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect any rights that may apply if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons. A replacement may be offered only if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or suitable alternative.
If a parcel appears to be lost, AH Magazine will open an inquiry with the carrier.
A refund or replacement may be offered once the carrier confirms the loss or the shipment status indicates that delivery is unlikely.
Return Shipping
If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, AH Magazine will provide return instructions by email.
Customers should not send items back without contacting us first.
If the return is approved due to an error, damage or defect for which AH Magazine is responsible, AH Magazine will cover the required return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping costs are not refunded for refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts or parcels returned because customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees were not paid by the customer.

Customs and Import Duties
For shipments subject to customs clearance, customs duties, import VAT, handling charges or other local fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges and the parcel is returned to us, AH Magazine may refund the product value only, minus the original shipping costs and any return or carrier fees charged to us.
