Terms and Conditions for Solo Exhibitions on ArtisticHub
These terms and conditions outline the use of the Artistic Hub platform for hosting solo virtual exhibitions. By applying for and participating in a solo exhibition on our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility

Artists of all nationalities are welcome.

Participants must be 18 years or older or have a signed consent from a parent or guardian if under 18.

We do not accept artworks created using AI technology. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Application Requirements

Complete the application form with all necessary information.

Submit high-quality photos of your artworks (minimum 300 dpi) via WeTransfer.
-
Provide a short biography (up to 200 words).
-
Descriptions of each artwork can be submitted after receiving an email confirmation of acceptance.

Regularly check your spam filter for emails.
-
Exhibitions can be held in German, English, or Serbo-Croatian. The artist must inform ArtisticHub of the language choice for the exhibition.
3. Rights and Obligations
Rights of ArtisticHub

We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.

We do not accept any offensive content based on race, religion, gender, etc.

We reserve the right to change the terms of use, and will inform the artist in writing via the official email address provided.

We reserve the right to reject an application if it is incomplete or does not meet our standards.
4. Exhibition Packages
Solo Exhibition: Display up to 20 artworks for 99 CHF per month

Display up to 20 artworks in a personalized virtual gallery.

Promotion on ArtisticHub’s social media and website.
-
Basic visitor analytics.
-
Optional interview published in our online magazine for an additional 30 CHF (special discounted rate for artists with a solo virtual exhibition).
Solo Exhibition: Up to 50 artworks - 189 CHF per month

Display up to 50 artworks in an interactive and personalized virtual gallery.
-
Promotion on ArtisticHub’s social media and website.
-
Basic visitor analytics.

Optional interview published in our online magazine and print edition for an additional 49 CHF (special discounted rate for artists with a solo virtual exhibition). If applied after the closing of the issue about to be published, they will have to wait for the next issue.
5. Duration of the Exhibition

Each exhibition lasts at least one month.
-
Additional months are charged at 50 CHF per month.
6. Responsibilities and Obligations
Responsibilities of the Artist
-
The artist guarantees that they are the sole author of their works and hold all copyrights to them.
-
The artist is responsible for the logistics and delivery of sold artworks, if applicable.
-
The artist is liable for any damage that may arise from violating these terms or infringing on the rights of third parties.
-
The artist consents to the use of their works and information for promotional purposes, in accordance with copyright laws.
-
The artist must insure their artworks to cover any potential damage or loss during the exhibition.
Responsibilities of ArtisticHub
-
ArtisticHub provides the virtual space for the exhibition.
-
ArtisticHub promotes the exhibition through its channels.
-
ArtisticHub is not responsible for any damage or loss of artworks during the exhibition or in transit.
-
ArtisticHub is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, technical issues, etc.).
-
ArtisticHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Payment and Start of the Exhibition
Payment:

The exhibition package must be fully paid before the exhibition begins.

Additional services, such as interviews, will be billed separately if selected.
Start of the Exhibition:
-
ArtisticHub will start working on the exhibition only after the artist has paid for the exhibition package.

The start of the exhibition is agreed upon with the artist via email, and our written agreement is official and cannot be changed.
8. Cancellation and Termination of the Agreement
Cancellation by the Artist:

Artists may cancel their exhibition with written notice. In this case, they pay 50% of the final price of the exhibition package.
Termination of the Agreement by ArtisticHub:

ArtisticHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend the exhibition if the artist violates these terms or any applicable laws.
9. General Provisions
Governing Law:

These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the country in which ArtisticHub operates, Switzerland.

All disputes arising from these terms will be resolved before the competent courts of the aforementioned country.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

The artist agrees that ArtisticHub may use the data provided during the application for promotional and administrative purposes in accordance with ArtisticHub’s privacy policy.

All artist data will be protected and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
11. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address artistichub@outlook.com. ArtisticHub will review the complaints and respond within 30 days of receipt.
12. Amendments
-
ArtisticHub reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time.

Artists will be notified of any changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. An artist who continues to use ArtisticHub’s services after the changes take effect will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
